F40 – Milling cutter for soffits
Our panel milling cutter, to make panels in furniture door and woodworking. Made of materials from the best European manufacturers, manufactured using high-precision CNC and based on HECOMA®’s own designs, offers you high performance, cutting stability and a long cutting edge life. The tool is supplied with the necessary installation and operating instructions for correct operation.
Application
Perfect for the machining of panels in wood or panels of any kind. The tool is made of special alloy steel, designed to absorb vibrations and backlash. The cutting plates (in tungsten carbide or HSS) are welded by tri metallic alloy, providing greater shock absorption and durability.
Characteristics of the tool :
- Milling cutter with 4 cuts (Z).
- Made of MD (hard metal) for medium to hard woods and HSS (High Speed Steel) for soft woods.
- In stock manufactured for mechanical feed. On request if you want it for manual feed.
