The industrial challenge of cutting bi-laminated panels is the high frequency of vibration that causes underside chipping. Series 11.3 addresses this through a vibration-neutralized plate architecture. By incorporating laser-cut, resin-bonded dampening channels, these saw blades absorb the kinetic energy that would otherwise travel to the carbide tips, ensuring the teeth enter and exit the laminate layers with surgical stability.

This is particularly crucial for panel saws and horizontal beam saws where high feed rates are required. The silent technology not only protects the operator’s hearing but also ensures the “bifacial” integrity of the board. The Series 11.3 provides the thermal and mechanical stability needed for high-speed production of premium furniture components, even when working with the most sensitive high-gloss or textured laminates.
