Its advanced design featuring a silent system and HECOMA® technology significantly reduces noise levels and vibrations, improving cutting stability and operator comfort.

Cutting aluminum profiles traditionally creates a high-pitched harmonic “scream” that can exceed safe decibel levels in the workshop. Series 11.4 solves this through an advanced harmonic suppression system. By integrating laser-cut, resin-filled dampening slots into the core of the saw blade, HECOMA® effectively kills the vibration at its source.

This mechanical stability is paired with a specialized non-ferrous tooth geometry which prevents the blade from “self-feeding” into the soft metal, ensuring a controlled and ultra-smooth entry. The result is a burr-free finish on the cut face, significantly reducing the need for secondary deburring or polishing.

These saw blades are ideal for continuous work and non-ferrous metal production lines where efficient chip evacuation and high-quality surface finish are required without the acoustic discomfort of conventional blades, guaranteeing a long tool service life.
