The breakthrough of Series 2.6 lies in its dual-plane architecture: an extremely narrow cutting rim supported by a thickened, reinforced center. This “stepped” design provides the centrifugal stability of a standard blade while maintaining a micro-kerf at the point of contact. By significantly reducing lateral flexion, these saw blades eliminate the “waviness” typically associated with ultra-thin tools, ensuring that millimeter-level precision is maintained even at high speeds.
Thanks to this architecture, lateral disc flexion is minimized despite its minimal thickness, guaranteeing an excellent finish and total utilization of the raw material. It is the ultimate solution for sectioning delicate materials where cutting speed and millimeter precision are critical.
