Within our Special Application Circular Saw Blades range, we offer Series 2.2, a technical reference designed specifically for cutting plastic materials, wood derivatives and resins.

The engineering innovation behind Series 2.2 addresses the complex thermal behavior of technical polymers and composite resins. Unlike standard blades that can cause heat-induced melting or edge deformation, these saw blades feature a specialized tooth grind that slices through materials. This specific geometry prevents the material from bonding to the teeth, ensuring a perfectly smooth, burr-free edge that requires no additional flame-polishing or deburring.

For the industrial fabricator, this means cleaner workshop conditions and a significant increase in the life cycle of the cutting edge, even when dealing with highly abrasive glass-fiber reinforced plastics or solid surface materials.
