F23 Convex 1/2 Radius Milling Cutter

Our F23 1/2 convex radius milling cutter is the high-performance tool designed for large-format edge rounding. It is the preferred choice for manufacturing stair treads, handrails, and countertop edges with a superior ergonomic profile. Featuring 4 cuts (Z4), this milling head minimizes cutting effort and prevents burn marks, even in high-density woods.

It is available in Carbide (HW) for maximum durability in hard materials, or in HSS for extra-clean finishes in softwoods. Optimized for mechanical feed, the F23 guarantees total stability and constant profile geometry in long production runs.

Application:

Milling head for machining internal radii. The tool body is manufactured from high-strength steel alloy. The carbide tips (tungsten carbide) are brazed using a tri-metal alloy. With these materials and high-precision CNC manufacturing, we achieve high performance, stability in cutting quality, and long tool life. The milling head is supplied with the necessary instructions for its correct operation.
